The project is based on the many years of cooperation between Csáktornya and Szigetvár. Our aim was to create a thematic route that reveals and presents the common history of these two places and the Zrinski family to the public using the most up to date technology. The aim of the participants of the project was to reveal, present and protect the cultural heritage, in order to reach this, it was important to create a product package that experimentally and thoroughly shows the touristic sites on both sides of the border.
The participants set up info points in Szigetvár and Csáktornya. They also develop tourist guiding software that are downloadable to smartphones or Mp4 payers, digital maps, 3D models and kiosk software, they also set up kiosk configurations for the tourists. They renovate the Zrinski Residence in Csáktornya and the first floor of the Barn in Szigetvár. The latter is an exhibition about the history of the local Bosnian minority with interactive and digital content. They map and set up the thematic routes with six stations in Szigetvár and 17 in Medimurje, where all stops will be equipped with trilingual info boards. The Hungarian partner revives the traditional Musola Games; the Croatian partner organizes a Zrinski ball during the project. Region Szigetvár was not long in the Zrinski family´s possession, so there are not many significant relics outside the city, but the region of Medimurje is rich in the cultural and architectural heritage of the Zrinski family, so the following settlements are included in the thematic route: Čakovec, Nedelišče, Gornji Kuršanec, Vularija, Prelog, Donji Vidovec, Donji Dubrava, Kotoriba, Goričan, Domašinec, Podturen, Novakovec, Mursko Središče, Lapšina, Štrigova, Sveti Juraj na Bregu, Šenkovec. The museum sets up 34 road signs and 17 info boards along the thematic route in Medimurje. The Circle of Friends of the Castle sets up 3 road signs and 6 info boards. They also organize promoting events, such as the Musola Games in Szigetvár and the Zrinski ball in Csáktornya. The New Szecheny Plan builds on the tools of the development of human resources, so it is important how successful the labour market services are within the programme. With the help of these tools, the labour market services can provide the enterprises with educated and employable workforce. According to the Society Renewal Operative Programme, the role taking of the civil organizations in the provision of state financed services can provide a better quality and higher availability; can also satisfy the growing need and the bigger variety of necessary services, especially in case of regions and social groups, where the state organizations and institutions cannot provide adequate services. So it is necessary to strengthen the civil organizations, give them access to resources and help them develop their professional and institutional capacity, support the development of the organizational culture and innovativeness, especially in disadvantaged regions. As a result of the development, the civil organizations will have a greater chance to join the system of labour market services provided by the National Employment Service. The aim of the project was to work up an intervention plan for the improvement of the social, integrational, educational and medical conditions of the inhabitants of Kosba and Újvárhegy. Main issues were to find solutions for problems deriving from multiple handicaps affecting lives through generations and to establish a community cooperation focusing on self and community development.
The complex intervention plan includes social, community developmental, educational and employment areas. The multi-faceted project was realised by a four membered consortium: The Municipality of Tamási, the Roma local government of Tamási, Human Innovation Group Ltd, and the István Türr Training and Research Centre.
The central professional part of the programme was on the one hand the establishment of Csillagház (Star house) service house located in the Community Centre, on the other hand the establishment of Csillag (Star) service point that will be located in the newly renovated Roma Community Centre. The service house is the location of the integrational programmes, the service point provides the missing hygienic services, and also the social, children protective, community developing, educational, medical and adult educational services. The core professional work of the project was the development of the professional programme of the settlement type service house and service point as well as the settlement type individual case management; and social work based on the individual development plan that helps the whole family to fight all the disadvantages through the participant.
60 (3-45 yrs) disadvantaged people joined the programme under the mentorship of 4 social workers. The service point accommodates the professional and management staff, the interview and group room and all the other service elements of the project.

Community and integration events in the service house:
Tolerance Soccer Cup, which was held in two following years
Traditional cooking competitions: Kettle and the Venison-cooking Masters- competitions beloved by the community of Tamási. Coaching is an interaction between the coach and the client, during which the client uses his own power resources to start thinking along a new pattern. This helps him to develop his competences, his decision-making mechanism reaches a new plane and his life quality develops. The meeting is led by the coach, whose task is to accompany his client, support his development and growing efficiency. Coaching can be a one-on-one meeting, a group session or leadership coaching.
The fundamental value for a life and business coach is the human being. The most important part of the meeting is the client; all attention is on him and his professional or private stall, and the aim is to find the best possible solution for the problem. Our main focus is that the client brings out the best in him, deepens his self-awareness; he becomes aware of his strengths and he is able to use them in his every-day life to feel more complete. Our meetings are solution focussed.

Coaching for Leaders
(for leaders, managers and business owners)
We are several times challenged and face situations in our business life that require our external and internal power resources to find effective and applicable solutions for the problem; and to have the ability to recognize and step over a milestone. We look for solutions that are coherent with the operational mechanism of the firm and our own condition and attitudes. Solutions that make us feel good and we are able to go on with feeling successful and balanced.
This type of coaching focusses on groups. Every organization (where there are more than 2 employees) is a team. Every team has different dynamics and mechanisms. A team that operates badly can block whole organizational processes; meanwhile a well-functioning team can create great additional value. In this case 2+2=5 can stand. With the right expert, the efficiency of the team can be multiplied, the inhibitory factors within the team can be dissolved so that the positive
synergies prevail. Coaching supports the successful teamwork with a wide variety of tools.
Special development of professional groups (financial, human resource economy, etc.)
The integration of new methods and solutions
Coaching for leaders of non-profit organizations (Middle-level leaders, managers)
As in business coaching, the leaders of non-profit organizations are several times challenged and face situations in their business lives that require their external and internal power sources to find effective and applicable solutions for the problem; and to have the ability to recognize and step over a milestone. We help to look for solutions that are coherent with the operational mechanism of the firm and their own condition and attitudes. Solutions that make them feel good and they are able to go on with feeling successful and balanced.
The program is made up of 3 modules that can be attended one after the other or separately from each other. The goal of the modules is to help to acquire and develop the key competences that are necessary for the everyday life, especially for education (adult, full-time), for entering the labour market and for successfully holding a job. Every organization needs to be balanced, because this guarantees the optimal business operation. Balance on the other hand can also mean constancy that can be an obstacle to development. This balance can tip out in case of development that needs immediate action. This is the moment when we can enter and help to find the obstacles, form the new strategy together, make an action plan and its execution.
Our goal is to give long-run and effective solutions for companies that would like to reach high performance, be successful on the quickly changing market, and aim at a progressive development with the help of the motivated employees. Our mission is to be part of the development of organizations, where the employees cooperate effectively, motivatedly and advisedly. We help to establish working places, where the employees are energetic, health conscious and find satisfaction in their work that enables them to be a strong team with continuous high performance. These goals have an influence on the individual, the family, the organization, the micro and macro environment. We support the establishment of working places, where people enjoy to work; we also would like to call people´s attention to the importance of preserving health. We believe that health preservation and the health-conscious attitude has a huge influence on the society and also on the businesses. It is very important that healthy people work in a healthy organization, which is the key for efficiency. This improves the commitment between the employer and the employee, reduces fluctuation and missing working days.
LIFT is a complex service for small and medium enterprises that combines organization, health and individual development. Our goal is to provide effective solutions for enterprises that would like to reach high efficiency and dynamic
development with motivated, health conscious and goal oriented employees. We are unique on the market with combining all three areas in one programme.
It includes the diagnosis, the individual, group and organizational development, the feedback and the coaching. The procedure is horizontally accompanied by the involvement of the colleagues to achieve commitment. We don´t use the same model in every project, we always deal with the businesses and the problems individually. In every case we make a diagnosis about the organization first, then we make a programme for development fit for the given enterprise concerning the existing problems. Our aim is to reach a learning organization committed to the common goal with the involvement of the motivated employees.
Our project generation services can give such organizations a helping hand that would like to use the possibilities of the diverse support programs, but either they have not yet found a specific idea for development or they have only named the problems to be solved.

“Jaszam tike!”, a local history exhibition opened its gates on the 18 th of April, 2015 to commemorate the Bosnian minority in Szigetvár. The location -the Barn- was originally built for agricultural purposes 19 th c. It lost its function in the 20 th century, but it was reopened as a cultural centre in 2015. The beamed ceiling preserves the original building characteristics, the heating is provided with gas-based floor heating.
The purpose of the exhibition is to show the ethnical local history of Szigetvár between the 17 th and 20 th centuries through the culture of the local southern Slav peasants. There is an event room on the ground floor and a museum on the first floor of the freshly renovated building. The whole building is approximately 180 sqm big, the museum is 50. There is a long stairway leading up to the museum area, but there is also an elevator for barrier-free approach. The building also has a renovated attic that has not yet found its purpose. There is an entrance area before entering the exhibition area. It currently functions as a reception, where people buy their tickets, but it could also function as a cloak-room. The rest rooms are on a side corridor opening from the exhibition area.
The primary goal of the thematically organized exhibition is to show the material and spiritual culture of the local Bosnian peasants. In the same time it also commemorates the orthodox Serbian inhabitants of Szigetvár. The different themes are represented with photos and info boards on the wall, cabinets filled with exhibition objects and there are also digital frames with archive photos being continuously displayed. The exhibition objects on display are all authentic, everyday agricultural household objects.
There was an ethnic group that found a new home in the eastern part of Szigetvár after fleeing from the catholic Croatian side of Bosnia in the Turkish times. This part of Szigetvár still keeps the memory of these people with its Balkan-style alleys; the locals still call this area Gornyamála. The Bosnians of Szigetvár were
farmers; they cultivated land and kept animals. In the 18th c. half of Szigetvár´s population was Bosnian, by the end of the 19 th c. most of them became Hungarian, but they still kept their traditions that distinguished them from the rest of the citizens. Since they lived in the same place, many of them had the same names, so they found nicknames to distinguish between the families, many of which still exist today. They were deeply religious Catholics, their traditions and festivals contributed a lot to the richness of Szigetvár´s ethnology. During the changes of the second half of the last century the Bosnian culture and traditions have disappeared, their thatched roofed, stemmed houses were demolished, only the knowledge remained that their ancestors were the earliest inhabitants of Szigetvár.
The Circle of Friends of the Castle of Szigetvár took the initiative to rescue and save everything that remains from this Bosnian heritage, the Bosnians of Szigetvár have to be commemorated, because their descendants still live among us. So they have collected all existing household objects, written and material relics to show this rich heritage at a permanent exhibition.
